If you are unable to attend in person, we encourage you to register as a virtual guest. Virtual attendees will have access to livestreams of the lectures and classes, as well as recordings made available at a later date.

The registration fee for in-person attendance can be paid electronically on our website or by check or money order to our mailing address. The fee for registering as an in person guest is $150 per person for the first two members of a household. This will cover a portion of the costs for food since regular meals will be provided
Households of more than two will be charged a discounted rate of $100 per additional person (after the first two at the standard rate).
Children ages five and under may attend meals with their parents free of charge.

Our goal is to give you a taste of the Seminary experience during the conference. We will celebrate the Feast of Saint Photios the Great together, enjoy special lectures by our exceptional faculty, and tour the many Orthodox institutions here in Etna, including the Seminary, the Monastery, the Convent, and more!
The best airport to fly into is Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport (MFR) in Medford, Oregon. This is a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Etna, California, and it is the airport closest to us. The best option is to rent a car in Medford.
Lodging in Etna can be rented through Airbnb, the Bluebird Inn, the Etna Motel, and the Historic Collier Hotel. Limited housing may also be made available by the Seminary and our local parishioners to accommodate prospective students and early registrants.
